Responsible for providing swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels, fostering a safe and encouraging learning environment. Duties include teaching water safety techniques, promoting confidence in the water, and tailoring lessons to meet the needs of each participant. The role also requires ensuring pool safety standards are maintained.
Water Safety Knowledge: Proficiency in teaching water safety techniques and adhering to pool safety regulations.
Swimming Proficiency: Expertise in various swimming strokes and techniques suitable for all skill levels.
Instructional Skills: Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse age groups and learning styles.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with participants and their families.
Patience and Encouragement: Creating a positive, supportive learning environment.
