FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED

• Patient Interaction: Greet and register patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
• Appointment Management: Maintain the dental appointment system to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Record Keeping: Manage patient charts and financial records, determining charges according to standardized fee schedules.
• Financial Transactions: Collect payments, bill patients, file third-party payors, and make daily deposits.
• Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including answering the telephone and handling correspondence.
• Chairside Assistance: Opportunity to train and assist chairside when needed.

• Graduate from an accredited business, office management, or secretarial program (preferred).
• Minimum of two years' experience in a dental office (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dental office software and systems.
• Willingness to learn and assist with chairside duties.
