Prepare and cook food for patients and customers using standardized recipes.
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and equipment guidelines are followed meticulously.
Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new recipes, products, and menus.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the culinary team to continuously improve food quality and presentation.
Monitor food inventory and communicate needs to the kitchen management.
High School graduate or GED preferred.
Culinary training is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cook, specifically in food production tasks within an institutional setting.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for culinary arts.
